It is in the heart beat that our drums are created, taking care and ceremony in respect to this ancient tradition. We consciously give thanks for the sacrifices of wood, skin and other materials used in each drum. We specialize in creating custom made West African style Ashikos and Djembes and Middle Eastern Doumbeks. People may choose from various types of wood, skins and rope as well as custom wood engraving burning. We also welcome repairs, tuning and refurbishing of older, damaged drums. Kristine also teaches drum making workshops. |
